These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with the si6xs platform ("Site", "Service"). By registering on the Site or using the Service, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our Service.

si6xs reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Site after any changes will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms. You are therefore advised to visit this page regularly.

General Information & Eligibility

si6xs is an online gaming platform for players in Bangladesh. To use our service, the following eligibility requirements must be met:

  • You must be at least 21 years old. Participation by minors is strictly prohibited on this platform.
  • You must be a resident of an area where online gaming is legally permitted or not prohibited.
  • You may only hold one si6xs account. Creating multiple accounts under the same person is strictly prohibited.
  • All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and complete.
  • You are not using any automated software or bots to play games.
Important: If si6xs determines that a user has created an account with false information or has violated any of the above conditions, si6xs reserves the right to immediately close the account and forfeit the balance.

si6xs reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any game, feature, promotional offer, or service at any time, with or without notice. No guarantee is given of the platform's continuous availability.

Account Registration & Security

When creating an account on si6xs, you must provide accurate personal information. You are fully responsible for the security of your account and all activities that take place within it.

2.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

si6xs may request identity verification at any time. This may require submission of a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents. Failure to complete verification may result in temporary account suspension and delayed withdrawals.

2.2 Password & Security

  • Keep your login credentials confidential and never share them with any third party.
  • If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
  • si6xs is not liable for any loss resulting from account access by a third party.
  • Transferring, selling, or allowing others to use your account is strictly prohibited.
SSL Encryption: si6xs protects all your data through SSL encryption. All information transmitted on our platform is encrypted and secure.

Deposits & Withdrawals

si6xs processes transactions exclusively through local mobile payment methods in Bangladesh. All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following methods can be used for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

3.2 Limits & Timeframes

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 for each method.
  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
  • Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
  • Withdrawals must be made using the same method that was used for the deposit.
  • Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal request is processed.

3.3 Transaction Verification

si6xs reserves the right to suspend or reject any transaction if money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity is suspected. Additional documentation may be required in such cases.

Warning: Making deposits or withdrawals using a third party's account or payment method is strictly prohibited. Any such transaction detected will result in immediate account closure.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

si6xs offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms, which are detailed on the relevant promotion page. General bonus terms are outlined below.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive up to a 150% bonus of ৳20,000 on their first deposit. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus — giving a total balance of ৳2,500. Or a deposit of ৳28,000 earns a ৳20,000 bonus — giving a total balance of ৳48,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement applies to bonuses. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only (not on deposit + bonus). Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

  • Each bonus can only be claimed once and is non-transferable.
  • The maximum single bet amount while wagering bonus funds may be limited as per the specific terms of each offer.
  • Wagering requirements must be completed within a specified time period after claiming the bonus.
  • si6xs reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer.
  • In the event of bonus abuse, the bonus will be forfeited and the account may be closed.

4.3 VIP Program

The si6xs VIP program has three tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.5%), Silver (weekly cashback up to 1.0%), and Gold (weekly cashback up to 1.5%). Gaming Rules

All games available on si6xs are operated by third-party game providers and run using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. si6xs is committed to ensuring fair play.

5.1 Game Results

  • All game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be controlled in any way by the platform or the player.
  • If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical issue, si6xs will consider refunding the wagered amount.
  • Game rules are governed by the game provider's guidelines. In the event of a dispute, the game provider's records will be considered final.
  • si6xs is not liable for game session interruptions caused by network issues.

5.2 Sports Betting

When participating in sports betting, all bets are considered final unless voided due to an official result not being confirmed. si6xs uses internationally recognized sources to determine results. If an event is cancelled or postponed, the wagered amount will be refunded.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited in order to maintain the security and fairness of the si6xs platform:

  • Playing games or placing bets using bots, scripts, or other automated software.
  • Abusing bonuses through collusion or syndication.
  • Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus or promotional benefits.
  • Creating or operating an account using another person's identity.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or other illegal financial activities.
  • Hacking, introducing viruses, or spreading malicious code into si6xs systems.
  • Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes.
  • Deliberately exploiting technical errors on the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
Consequences: If any of the above prohibited activities are detected, the account will be immediately closed, all bonuses and winnings will be forfeited, and legal action will be taken if necessary.

Intellectual Property

All content published on the si6xs website — including logos, graphics, designs, software, videos, text, and other materials — is the intellectual property of si6xs or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of any part of these materials without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

A limited right to use the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes is granted, which may be revoked at any time.

Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Closure Initiated by si6xs

si6xs may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account at any time for the following reasons:

  • Any violation of these terms and conditions.
  • Suspicion of fraud or illegal activity.
  • Failure to verify identity or providing false information.
  • Account inactive for an indefinite period.
  • Instructions from law enforcement agencies or a court order.

9.2 Closure Initiated by the User

You may close your account at any time by contacting the support team. If all pending bonus wagering requirements are not met before account closure, the bonus will be forfeited. Any verified balance may be withdrawn.
